[INTENDED USE]
Tissue factor (TF) is used as activator in this reagent, which can activate the coagulation reaction of external blood coagulation pathway. It is suitable for automatic thromboelastography analyzer. The content of functional fibrin can be determined. The results were used to assess the clinical status of patients during and after cardiovascular surgery, liver transplantation, trauma and cardiac surgery, such as the risk of postoperative bleeding or thrombosis.
